Builders' waste clearance in Surrey
Clearing rubble, timber, plasterboard, and mixed builders' waste from Surrey homes and sites. How our clearance service works for renovation jobs.
After a renovation or extension, what goes in is clean and new. What comes out is rarely tidy. We collect builders’ waste and site rubbish from across Surrey — whether you’re a homeowner clearing up after a job or a tradesperson looking for a reliable disposal run.
What we take
The typical mix from a Surrey build or refit:
- Rubble, bricks, blocks, and concrete
- Plasterboard and plaster
- Timber offcuts, floorboards, door frames
- Old kitchen and bathroom fittings — units, cabinets, basins, baths
- Carpets, vinyl, and tiles
- Mixed site waste: packaging, off-cuts, general rubbish
Bulkier items like old boilers, radiators, and sinks usually go in fine too — mention them when you call so we can bring the right kit.
What we can’t take
Two categories need specialist handling:
- Asbestos. Common in older properties — ceiling tiles, floor tiles, textured coatings, and pipe lagging. Don’t disturb it; contact a licensed asbestos removal contractor. Surrey County Council’s community recycling centres accept small bagged quantities from householders at certain sites — check their website for current locations and any charges.
- Hazardous materials. Solvents, adhesives marked as hazardous, large volumes of paint. These need separate specialist disposal.
If you’re not sure whether something is fine to include, send a photo when you call. We’d rather know in advance.
Can you take it to the tip yourself?
For small quantities, yes. Surrey County Council accepts limited amounts of DIY and construction waste at some of its community recycling centres — check their site for which centres accept it and whether a charge applies.
For larger or heavier loads, or if you’d rather not make multiple trips, a clearance team removes it in one go.
How pricing works
We price by the load:
- Quarter load — from £189. Light builders’ waste — a few bags of rubble and some offcuts.
- Half load — from £329. A bathroom or kitchen strip-out, or a moderate clear of site waste.
- Full load — from £449. Larger site clearances — extensions, full refurbs, multiple-room renovation waste.
Builders’ waste tends to be denser than household rubbish — rubble and concrete in particular. Tell us what’s there when you book and we’ll confirm the right load size upfront.
For tradespeople
We work with local tradespeople who need a reliable clearance at the end of a job. If you’re a builder, bathroom fitter, or kitchen installer working regularly across Surrey, give us a call and we’ll work out a sensible arrangement.
