Rubbish clearance in Cobham

We’re based in Godalming and regularly work across north and east Surrey. Cobham is well within our patch — the drive is straightforward from our end.

What we cover in Cobham

We handle all the common clearance types in Cobham and the surrounding area:

• House and end-of-tenancy clearances
• Garage and shed clearances
• Office and shop clearances
• Site clearances and builders’ waste
• Garden waste clearance
• General waste clearance
• Scrap clearances

Not sure if your job fits neatly into one of those? Call and we’ll sort it out.

How pricing works

We price by the load, so you know the cost before we start:

• Quarter load — from £189. A few large items or a cleared corner of the garage.
• Half load — from £329. Most garage and partial-house clearances.
• Full load — from £449. Full house clearances and larger garden or site jobs.

The from-price covers most jobs at that size. If anything needs extra time or specialist handling, we’ll say so before we book.

What we take — and what we can’t

Most household and commercial waste goes in the van: furniture, white goods, garden waste, builders’ rubble, bags of accumulated clutter. If it’s something you’d reasonably want cleared from a Surrey home or business, we can almost certainly take it.

Asbestos and hazardous waste need specialist handling — that’s beyond what we do. If you’re unsure about a specific item, send a photo when you get in touch.

We’re a licensed waste carrier

We hold Environment Agency waste carrier licence CBDU619794. Every load goes to a licensed transfer station, and we provide a waste transfer note on request. You can verify our licence on the EA public register before you book.
