Office clearance in Surrey: what to expect

What an office clearance involves

A typical office clear means getting rid of things that have outlasted their usefulness — old desks and chairs, redundant filing cabinets, shelving units, and the general accumulation from rooms that have doubled as overflow storage for years. We load it all into the van, take it to a licensed transfer station, and send you the paperwork when we’re done.

Your duty of care as a business

Businesses have a legal duty of care for the waste they produce. That means it must be transferred to a licensed waste carrier and disposed of properly — not left on the pavement, not handed to an unregistered contractor. The Waste Duty of Care Code of Practice on GOV.UK sets out the requirements in full.

We’re registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU619794). You can check our registration on the public register before you book, and we’ll provide a waste transfer note on completion for your records.

Shop and site clearances

We handle shop clearances and site clearances on the same basis. If you have a commercial property that needs emptying — end of tenancy, before a refit, or simply years of stock and fittings to shift — get in touch and we’ll quote by the load.

• Quarter load — from £189.
• Half load — from £329.
• Full load — from £449.
