How pricing works

We price by the load, not by the item, so there are no surprises at the end:

• Quarter load — from £189. Small clearances: a few items, the forgotten corner of the garage.
• Half load — from £329. Most garage and partial-house clearances.
• Full load — from £449. Bigger jobs: full house clearances, larger garden or site clears.

The from-price covers most jobs at that size. If a clearance needs extra time, special handling, or additional disposal, we’ll tell you on the phone before we book it in.

What we’ll take, what we can’t

Most things you’d reasonably want gone — furniture, appliances, garden waste, builders’ rubble, the bags of clutter that have been there since the last house move — go in the van.

A few things need specialist handling that we can’t provide: asbestos and most hazardous waste are the main ones. If you’re not sure about something, send a photo when you call and we’ll tell you straight.

We’re a licensed waste carrier (CBDU619794) and the rubbish goes to a licensed transfer station. We can send the documentation through once the job is done.
