How pricing works

We price by the load, not by the item — no surprises at the end:

• Quarter load — from £189. A few items, the corner of a garage, a small tidy-up.
• Half load — from £329. Most garage, shed, or partial-house clearances.
• Full load — from £449. Bigger jobs — house clearances, site clears, larger gardens.

The from-price covers most jobs at each size. If a particular clearance needs extra disposal or special handling, we’ll say so before we book it in.

What we’ll take, what we can’t

Most things: furniture, white goods, garden waste, builders’ rubble, the bagged-up general waste that’s been sitting in the corner. The exceptions are asbestos and hazardous materials — those need specialist contractors. If you’re not sure about something, send a photo when you call and we’ll give you a straight answer.

We’re a licensed waste carrier (CBDU619794) and everything goes to a licensed transfer station. If you need the documentation, we’ll send it over.
